Next Day Shipping (2 - 3 Working Days): $6 or FREE for orders above $500

All Next Day Shipping will be provided by SingPost or Qxpress. Tracking will be provided via email once the order has been processed.

Same Day Shipping: $22

Only eligible for orders confirmed before 4pm. Orders received after 4pm will be delivered before 4pm the next day. All Same Day Shipping will be provided by GrabExpress or Lalamove.

Self-collection: Free

Self-collection can be done at our Cineleisure outlet (8 Grange Road, #02-04A/#02-05 Cineleisure, Singapore 239695). We are open daily from 1pm to 9pm. All self-collection must be done within 3 days of order confirmation. If collection is not done, you will be deemed to have forfeit the order and no refund will be made.

Do note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been shipped. During promotions or festive periods, processing time may be longer. Thank you for your patience!

We currently provide international shipping to selected countries. For shipping to areas not listed, kindly contact us at hello@exit-co.com for more information. All fees are listed in Singapore Dollars.

All international shipping will be provided by Aramex International. Tracking will be provided after the order has been processed.

Your shipment may be subjected to customs, import duties, and taxes, which may differ depending on each country's laws. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. We do not collect taxes or duties at checkout and therefore, you will be responsible for paying such charges if required to clear customs at your destination country. EXIT will not be held responsible for any delays caused by destination custom clearance processes.

All sales made are final. At the moment, EXIT does not accept returns/exchanges for both local and international orders.

Do note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been shipped. We will try our utmost to work with our delivery partner to resolve any issues, but do understand that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery issues in the event you have made a mistake in your order. If such an error causes the order to be lost, rejected or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind.
